Anna Riggenbach, MA, LMHC
Anna is impressed by the strength and vulnerability of the individuals that she is fortunate to walk alongside. To be welcomed into the story of another is a tender privilege. Anna is passionate about creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere where growth can occur.
As a licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor, Anna
has experience working with children, teens, and adults in both university and community
counseling settings. Areas of experience and special interest for Anna includes anxiety,
depression, grief, anger management, coping skills for stress, family and relationship issues,
identity, and self-esteem.
Anna works from a combination of treatment modalities including Internal Family Systems Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Recognizing that all individuals are wonderfully unique, Anna is dedicated to finding an approach to therapy that is best suited to your personality, needs, and overall counseling goals.
Anna is able to offer counseling from a Christian perspective when desired and enjoys working with individuals from various
faith backgrounds and beliefs.
When not at work, you can find Anna watching college football and basketball (Go Boilers!) and hanging out with her friends
and family, and dog, Hud.
Anna is a graduate of Taylor University and Indiana Wesleyan University with a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health
