Tina Parker, M.S., LMFT
Tina Parker left her career in the finance industry to pursue her passion for healing and health in 2013. She has a warm and caring personality and is experienced in working with individuals, couples, families and children. Tina uses a variety of treatment modalities, but her approach is very client-centered. She often utilizes a cognitive behavioral approach to counseling, helping her clients understand the relationship between their thoughts, feelings and behaviors and learning which they can control. Tina has worked with families experiencing child abuse and neglect, marriage difficulties, depression, anxiety and self-harming behaviors. She believes the therapist’s role is to help people navigate through difficult life situations to achieve healing and peace.
Tina completed her Masters degree at Indiana- Purdue University in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Her degree is in Couples and Family Counseling.
