Rachel Roberts, LCSW
Rachel is a seasoned therapist whose experience working in a variety of settings has equipped her to feel comfortable treating diverse populations, diagnoses, and issues. These include both adolescents and adults struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Grief/Loss, Trauma, Anger, Addictions, Substance Abuse, Relationship issues, Personality Disorders, Bipolar, Self-harm, Suicidal Ideations, Stress, or simply needing some support through current situations. Rachel meets the client where they are and has the ability to incorporate Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths Perspective, Solution- Focused Therapy, Mindfulness/Grounding Techniques, Skill Building and Psychotherapy. She also feels comfortable exploring with the client how to incorporate their Faith/Spirituality into the therapeutic process. Rachel has the ability to quickly build rapport to create a therapeutic environment for clients to open up about sensitive aspects of their lives and support them on their road to healing and self-discovery.
Rachel received her Bachelors in Social Work from Goshen College before obtaining her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
