Rachel Hartman, MA, BSN, LCACA

Rachel is passionate about providing open-minded, non-judgmental support/treatment, to
those who struggle with addictions and mental health difficulties. Rachel works with trauma,
grief, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, substance use and legal problems. She utilizes an Integrative approach to therapy, with experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Moral Reconation Therapy.
Prior to serving others’ in the field of Addictions/Substance Use and Mental Health
issues/disorders, Rachel served in the role of a Registered Nurse for multiple years. She
received her BSN from Indiana University in 2002. Rachel primarily worked in Critical/Intensive
Care settings, as well as serving as an active duty, ICU nurse for The United States Air Force. She is a proud Veteran of our country! After much prayer, Rachel decided to serve in the role of an Addictions/Mental Health therapist. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2017, with her MA. She then received her Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor license, LCACA. She is currently completing her Post-Masters Certificate program at Indiana Wesleyan University, for her Licensed Mental Health Counselor license, which will be completed in 2021.
