Crystal enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and children, as well as couples and families. Crystal has worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, family and relationship challenges, self-harming behavior, and trauma.
Crystal views counseling as a process that focuses on the client and their experiences and
believes in the importance of meeting clients where they are; each person has their own story that
has shaped them . Crystal has a deep sense of compassion for those who are experiencing life’s challenges and transitions and feels honored to work with those who are
seeking help.
Crystal values a humanistic approach in counseling and works to meet the needs of the individual. She caters her approach to each client’s individual needs and utilizes various therapeutic approaches including person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and internal family systems. Being human is hard and Crystal believes that clients have within themselves the potential to learn and grow from their experiences as they develop more meaningful, healthier, and happier lives. Crystal completed her master’s degree in Counselor Education at Purdue University.
